MB greeted the entire group when she started facilitating her section and acknowledged their participation from the start.

MaryBeth used the power point slides to support and reinforce the information presented rather than using them to tell the whole story.

MB did a great job explaining the activity prior to going in to breakout groups. Brainstorming the different systems and characteristics of the systems, etc. was helpful prior to breaking in to smaller groups.

MB did a nice job creating an atmosphere of teamwork and participation with the explanation and lead in to the first group activity. Even though the group has been together for 8 weeks at this point, it is always good to set the right tone for the activities.
