You have a very calm, measured, gentle way about you that helps to naturally create a safe space for participants. This will serve you well as a facilitator.

You did a very nice job leading your part of the skill. You should focus on reading less as you present, but this will come more naturally as you continue to facilitate and become even more familiar with the material.

You did an excellent job overall. I would be sure to affirm people's answers with a word or comment after they share. You did this most of the time, but there were times when someone would comment and you would simply ask for another comment or move on to the next topic.

Very well done, especially with the limited time we had to do this.

There was one point in particular where you were able to redirect the conversation back to the topic at hand when it was leading off into a tangent. I did not write down the specific point. Jennifer usually takes detailed notes, but I forgot she was gone for your section. 🙂
