How well did the facilitator lead the group and create a safe space? Please explain and give examples.
First, having a calm and assuring presence may be one of the best ways there is to create a sense of being in a safe space. For the Intro section of the Skill 1 class, it is vitally important to set the right tone for creating a safe space each time the class meets. You did a wonderful job of this, not only by following the slides well, but by presenting as someone who was there to serve the material and the group (and not to "perform" the material). A calm and assuring presence is very important, and there is probably no greater way to create a safe space than getting one's ego out of the way in order to be entire open to the group's input.
How well did the facilitator explain this Skill using the PowerPoint presentation? Please give examples.
Very well. Followed the slides in order, covering all necessary components of the introduction, and was clearly prepared knowing what was coming with each slide.

What aspects of this Skill did you think the facilitator did exceptionally well? Please give examples.
Wove relevant elements from throughout the course into the introduction, setting up awareness and familiarity of concepts yet to come. Touched on aspects of common humanity (what all participants are likely to share as members of the group) and offered additional guidelines as examples of those group members might add to the safe space "contract" they're making with one another.

What aspects of this Skill could the facilitator improve? Please give examples.
There was very little to improve and all aspects were covered though, twice, they were added as afterthoughts (and just in the nick of time ;0). Great work.
