You asked great questions to kick-off the meeting and offered an excellent summary explaining CIT as the journey it is meant to be seen: a process, a progress, not perfection. You did an amazing job leading the discussions by asking thought provoking questions, by actively listening and summarizing the replies in a succinct and empathic way.

The preparation of a system including different combined categories of peopler to explore their aspirations and fears has been outstanding and revealed your insights. It has been also a great way to engage the group in that activity despite lack of time.

Even though you could not lead through the RW due to the lack of time, your explanations on a meta-level were great. You stating the connection between activity and Reflective writing were a perfect bridge to the continuation of the session.
