How well did the facilitator explain this Skill using the PowerPoint presentation? Please give examples. | You did a fantastic job when facilitating extended compassion. The way you approached and asked, stimulated a great discussion. You also explained nicely how compassion is a strength and dealt with the thinking trap of compassion as a weakness in a great way. When leading through the slides you were very compassionate with your co-facilitators, keeping in mind, that all of them should have sufficient space to facilitate. Which was beautiful and particularly nice when dealing with compassion. Time-management is very important, in particular as people who attend might have limited time and expect the facilitators to lead through all the material. |
