How well did the facilitator lead the group and create a safe space? Please explain and give examples. | Stefanie, you did a great job in creating a safe space. You lead into a format where all the facilitators could introduce themselves individually and the whole group got a feeling for all the facilitators, which supports the safe space. |
How well did the facilitator explain this Skill using the PowerPoint presentation? Please give examples. | You did a wonderful check-in and a succinct summary on the previous skill gratitude and forgiveness - and a good recap of the thinking traps which play an essential role for skill 8 , too. Your segway to skill 8 having empathic concern and those thinking traps in the core, was well created and you engaged your audience by asking good questions, e.g. for their definitions of compassion. |
