Right from the start with your welcome and introduction of all the facilitators for the day you made the group conformable and created a safe space.
How well did the facilitator explain this Skill using the PowerPoint presentation? Please give examples.
Great use of the slides to reinforce the building blocks for all the skills preceding compassion. It is a helpful reminder and not everyone sees that right away so pointing it out, helping others to see it, and reinforcing it is a useful tool. Looking at where you have been and where you are going is always helpful.

What aspects of this Skill did you think the facilitator did exceptionally well? Please give examples.
Olivia, you have a natural ease facilitating in front of a group. Yes, the online format is different and your natural presence came through clearly. Asking the group for thoughts to share with Kate was nice as it gave a voice to the group and wasn't all about you / you having answers.
How well did the facilitator lead the Contemplative Practice in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
Well done. It was a great reminder to folks to close and rest their eyes after staring at the screen for the pst two hours. Your tone of voice was comforting and even though you didn't allow for all the time requested in the script, your tone and pace did not feel rushed.
What aspects of this Skill could the facilitator improve? Please give examples.
Just a caution about statements like " it is easy to have compassion for our in-group". For some, it might not be that easy so a statement like that could put them off. a statement like, "for many, having compassion for our in-group might be easier than having it for our out-group".
