This was a tough session and I think sharing such a hard personal example was a bit overwhelming. We need to be careful about how much we share during a session, particularly around such sensitive topics.
It is helpful to get feedback from participants when you are talking about the strategies for cultivating forgiveness and gratitude. You were definitely more in lecture mode than facilitator mode.
