Very welcoming right from the beginning of the session.
How well did the facilitator explain this Skill using the PowerPoint presentation? Please give examples.
The slides were used in a very appropriate manner to help facilitate conversation and keep the session moving the way it was intended. The slides were used to enhance dialogue and conversation and help participants understand the concepts by putting words and pictures together for greater understanding.
How well did the facilitator explain and lead the activities in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
If you have an opportunity to explain the activity instructions, you can explain them as if we are going to do them. I know this format can be a little tricky since we don't actually do the activity. You shared an overview of the activity that was very appropriate to this group although it might have needed further explanation if you were doing it with a different group.
How well did the facilitator lead the Mindful Dialogues and Reflective Writing Exercises in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
What aspects of this Skill did you think the facilitator did exceptionally well? Please give examples.
wonderful introduction of the 8 worldly concerns and facilitated a lovely discussion and conversation surrounding them. Great recognition of the comments from participants and loved the way you went back to Suzanne's comments to ensure that she was heard and heard correctly. Your additional knowledge and information shared was a great asset to the session.
How well did the facilitator lead the Contemplative Practice in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
What aspects of this Skill could the facilitator improve? Please give examples.
Your additional knowledge and information shared was a great asset to the session - and I say this because I am a nerd - if you can share those resources, quotes, etc. as additional resources for participants at the end of the session that would be great. Even just telling folks you have the resources and if anyone would like them, you are happy to share.
|Do you recommend this facilitator to become certified?||Yes|
