How well did the facilitator lead the group and create a safe space? Please explain and give examples.
Getting the affirmative responses from the participants reading the story for the group activity allowed them to feel like they had a choice in an activity that could be very challenging. Well done.

How well did the facilitator explain and lead the activities in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
Great job explaining the group activity and having the participants read the story. Asking them if they felt comfortable reading was very smart since you know it was a hard story to read. Nice job also of giving a trigger warning ahead of time.
How well did the facilitator lead the Mindful Dialogues and Reflective Writing Exercises in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
Great use of the time for reflective writing and keeping the group on track. Well done on the follow up after the mindful dialogue to see if anyone wanted to share some thoughts from their writing and conversation.
What aspects of this Skill did you think the facilitator did exceptionally well? Please give examples.
Anita you have a very warm personality, let that shine through. You shared a personal example about a colleague that was quite appropriate and also helps folks to see you as a real person who struggles with these things, just like the rest of us. Well done.
How well did the facilitator lead the Contemplative Practice in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
This was an abbreviated skill based on time. It was unclear where the text for the script came from -- the script in the Facilitator Guide or the Contemplative Journaling exercise. Don't be afraid to read directly from the script (we all do it!) and keep a timer handy (we all do it!). It's important to lead the practices as written so participants cultivate the appropriate skill. You did a very nice job on the set up for the group. This is a time to take a deep breath yourself. 🙂 .
What aspects of this Skill could the facilitator improve? Please give examples.
As you become more familiar with the material, it will become easier to facilitate. This is not easy material and can sometimes be challenging for us personally. You understand and recognize that so continue to use the skills and don't be afraid to get out and facilitate to others.
