Olivia has such a comforting presence that she automatically puts a group at ease. You also have a great sense of humor (working lunch, jumbo shrimp) that helps put folks at ease.

You used the power point slides to make your point and as a guide and did not rely on them to tell the whole story rather to hit the highlights. Well done using the slides to highlight the research as well! That can be difficult for some to understand and you explained it clearly and concisely. You covered a lot of complex material in a very understandable and relatable way.

Great job of using the chat box to complete the group activity (empathy line) when the polling wasn't working. You asked great questions and had got the group to think and share their thoughts and opinions.

Olivia, you are clearly comfortable "standing' in front of a group and sharing information/facilitating activities. Asking the participants to provide their thoughts and insights at the start of new information helps to create a cohesive group and allow them to share their thoughts. This is a wonderful example of facilitating rather than teaching. Well done.
