You did a great job explaining the slide regarding beneficial/mental experience/the space for reflection, bringing in your own knowledge about the difference of emotions, feelings and also why we are using the term of mental experiences. You gave a wonderful, transparent elaboration on the term. You did a great job in emphasizing that afflictive emotions are not supposed to be repressed. We want them to be transformed!

Do not be afraid of repetition. If a discussion arises at another time of the course which you had touched, do not think it is redundant. If questions arise, they mostly need repetition to sink in.
