MaryCatherine, you did a wonderful job of creating a safe space by reminding of confidentiality and the other guidelines and asking for engagement, yet of respecting other peoples’ time, too. You welcomed everyone warmly with an extended check-in while setting a clear timeframe. You set patiently with silence and asked repeatedly to encourage people to get engaged. Finally, it was very helpful you allowed for space for a short resourcing practice for everyone to arrive in the present-moment.

You handled the slides of emotional awareness and the glass ball very well by asking questions and leaving lots of room for answers. You received very rich answers (perspective, distortion, fragility of glass ball in the hand) which you might have picked up a bit more to stress their importance and to guide the discussions even more.
