You mastered the challenging definitions of heedfulness, mindfulness and awareness excellently and used one example for all three components through which everyone could relate to, namely the example of being a facilitator.

Taking one example for all three concepts of the ethical mindfulness was great. You were a pro guiding the discussions: you came back to questions and replies beautifully and summarized questions to ensure you understood correctly.
