Yasmine, you did a wonderful job in creating a trustful, personal atmosphere. You were nicely present for the group. You created a safe space by being aware of triggers regarding the image of the elephant and dealt with it sensitivly.

You explained the image of the elephant as a metaphor of the untamed mind beautifully in all details. Comparing the size of the tamer and the mind / size of girl and elephant, which is a very powerful and revealing observation, through which you revealed that you made the presentation your own.

You did a wonderful job facilitating the ‘counting your thoughts’ activity, explaining it well beforehand, debriefing it nicely, when asking the participants to multiply the amount by 60 and elaborating on the amounts of thoughts we might have – without control.
