There was a lot of information sharing, try to facilitate more than "lecture". As you become more familiar with the material that may happen less (hopefully). Try not to read so much, again, as your familiarity grows that may not be a challenge. When you share a good deal of information, try to stop and get clarification or feedback from the group. Are there any questions? Was anything unclear? Check-in with them to make sure folks are with you before moving forward.
