We did not do a RW/MD practice but you did a nice job reviewing the rules for them which is important. moving forward. And of course reminders each week, while seemingly redundant will also be important.

Very warm, welcoming, and genuine. When we get to spend more time with you facilitating we will be able to see that even more, I am sure.

Try not to read the information. I know in skill 1 we are asking a lot of the facilitators so this isn't a ding, just a note for moving forward. As you become more familiar with the information it will likely not be an issue.
