Intro the Skill done very well, covered interim experiences and formal practices questions and the Why this Skill = to be aware of our mental states. However, intro'd cultivating pause/equanimity a little too early here.

Did a good job with intro'ing spark to wild fire inside oneself as well as outside one's self....
Did a good job with "natural state of the mind" slide with blue sky and clouds ... passing by.... solicited comments and Renee poignantly commented that it is not an "either/or" but more complex and comes down to relationship/responsibility ethics (my assessment, not Renee's actual wording...I think she used "dichotomy" rather than "either/or."

Jumped ahead of the received knowledge about cultivating pause/ equanimity. Not a "biggy" but do need to pay attention to the skills progressively building on one another and the elements of the skills building on one another.
