Ken did a wonderful job introducing making friends with the Wild Elephant image of the young child on the back of the "tamed" elephant with her ear against the elephant's brain (mind) and did it with a bit of humor. I found myself smiling and chuckling! 🙂

He covered the Stability / Clarity slide nicely making sure CIT definitions were presented and comments from the class solicited...very nice. Covered "practice" slides (the weight lifter and the violin player) opening up for comments - one humorous from Charles Penot 🙂 - all on point and helpful to understand the importance of "practice, practice, practice."

I thought Ken did an excellent job and a balanced facilitation of received knowledge, of share reflections by self and other classmates, and the importance of practice in order to truly embody the skill.
