Dhesan has a very calm teaching style, which worked very well with this group. He did an exceptionally good job of encouraging people to keep their comments brief by asking for “headlines, not the whole story”. He was clear, but very gentle in the way he made this request. This is a very talkative group, which is wonderful, but it does make it difficult to get through all the material.

There was a little bit of confusion about how to do the Spark to Fire Improv, but we worked it out and the activity went well. It is possible that he was referencing an earlier draft of the Facilitator Guide.

Extremely well. He spoke slowly, clearly and calmly with a very soothing voice. His timing was spot on.

It might be helpful to identity the primary and secondary slides within each
presentation. The primary slides are the most important and the ones we want to spend
the most time on. Others, like the “Mental Proliferation Model” should be done more
quickly.
