Very open, welcoming, and warm in your approach with the group. Creates an atmosphere of welcome and the impression you want us there.
The slides were used in a very appropriate manner to help facilitate conversation and keep the session moving the way it was intended. The slides were used to enhance dialogue and conversation and help participants understand the concepts by putting words and pictures together for greater understanding.
Great explanation and demonstration of Hi, Who are you? Very clear and easy to understand.
Silence is your friend and you did a great job of letting there be silence in the group while they processed information and formulated their responses. Great reminder about accountability partner and the thanks to your co-facilitator was excellent - very professional.
Asking questions to start conversation was excellent. We want folks to come to their own conclusions about the material and asking questions of the participants helps to draw out their thoughts and impressions.
Good explanation of the practice and the abbreviated two minutes of it. Great tone of voice and modulation of said voice.
You are going to be a great facilitator. You have a great presence with the group. It is hard online so try to ensure some type of eye contact. At times it felt like you were looking up at the ceiling rather than at the computer or any screen where you could look at any of the participants.
