The slides were used in a very appropriate manner to help facilitate conversation and keep the session moving the way it was intended. The slides were used to enhance dialogue and conversation and help participants understand the concepts by putting words and pictures together for greater understanding.

Good explanation of the group activity, even though we aren't doing them. It helps us to know that you have a good grasp of the activity and can explain it.

For the RW/MD, if you are going to review the guidelines for them (and it is good that you do), make sure you hit all of the guidelines and not just some of them.

Great use of personal example, particularly liked the one of bias as it related to technology since that is your area of expertise. Very calm and composed. Nice use of silence, you did a great job of letting there be silence in the group while they processed information and formulated their responses. Excellent check in with reflection on series I since this skill started series II.
