Yes, we are working to cultivate extended compassion and you stated that beautifully and reminded us about that throughout as well. Using invitational language is great as we don't want anyone to think they have to do something if they are uncomfortable. It is clear that you and your co-facilitator have fun with each other. The interaction between you is great.
