Great back and forth with co-facilitator. This is a great team. Asking questions before the video was helpful to start the mental juices flowing. Very authentic in your presentation. Calm presence in front of the group.

Was there too much of a focus on gender in the video? If you have the ability to use the slides, they are a great way to help keep the conversation flowing and on topic. The critical insight activities help participants process the information in a way that is meaningful to them so use them to help participants create their own meaning.
