Slides were used to help guide the conversation.
How well did the facilitator explain and lead the activities in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
Nice explanation of the activity. We might suggest doing the activity twice so folks are left with the more resilient side of the activity versus the fire.

What aspects of this Skill did you think the facilitator did exceptionally well? Please give examples.
Very authentic in your presentation style to the group. Led a wonderful conversation regarding mental states and emotional awareness. Clearly a good working relationship with co-facilitator (and if not, a great acting job!) 😉
Asking the question what are we trying to cultivate? Excellent.
How well did the facilitator lead the Contemplative Practice in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
What aspects of this Skill could the facilitator improve? Please give examples.
Try to ask the group for input on the slides and draw them in to the conversation a bit more. Facilitating conversation and learning versus sharing information.
