You were authentically you throughout the session. Pulling in calming the body and mind was very appropriate and helpful. Great explanation of the spark to forest fire slides and the use of the example prior the explanation was wonderful.

If you are going to use movement activities (which are wonderful) explain how they might connect or help participants navigate the session. Be cognizant of your voice volume in relation to the space you are in. We try to use pleasant or neutral versus positive or negative when discussion mental states, sensations, etc.
