Great check in and use of silence at the start to let folks think and process their responses. Excellent linking of previous skills throughout the presentation. You did a great job of relating things back to previous weeks and lessons learned. Lots of relevant examples for participants to find something that resonated with them. Great use of learning outcomes as part of the check-in.

What aspects of this Skill could the facilitator improve? Please give examples.
Try to facilitate more rather than lecture or be instructive. We want folks to come to their own conclusions about the material. Ask questions of the participants to help draw out their thoughts and impressions. You were doing an outstanding job of this until you hit the blue sky metaphor and then you spent a great deal of time "lecturing".
