The slides were used in a very appropriate manner to help facilitate conversation and keep the session moving the way it was intended. The slides were used to enhance dialogue and conversation and help participants understand the concepts by putting words and pictures together for greater understanding.

Very confident in your presentation. You and Maria worked very well together. We imagine that you and Mara will work together well too! Excellent job of explaining the "mental proliferation" slide (try to connect it to an example throughout for additional reinforcement).

CIT focuses on a facilitation model so try to facilitate conversation more than "lecture" to the group. Don't be afraid of silence and allow participants a chance to process the questions you are asking and material you are sharing. Stop and ask questions to get the pulse of the group and make sure everyone is on the same page. Don't be hesitant to kick questions back to the group for their feedback before you offer an answer or explanation.
