How well did the facilitator lead the group and create a safe space? Please explain and give examples.
Very well. By going first to participants for input when introducing new material, a sense that their thoughts are welcome is created. Created enough listening space for those who need more processing time to contribute.
How well did the facilitator explain this Skill using the PowerPoint presentation? Please give examples.
Overall, because the material was designed to build on each concept along the way, could be better at sticking to the concepts attached to slides in the sequence in which they are presented. The first example was the definition of compassion slide and providing participants with a more complex that comes further along in the presentation.
How well did the facilitator explain and lead the activities in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
Among the best yet. Using the activities slides to introduce the activities and provide instructions, then only providing the minimal info needed to bridge to a debrief of the activity, was excellent. Provided a much better simulation of how to do the activities in an actual live group. Would have been nice to hear more of your debrief. Good work.

What aspects of this Skill could the facilitator improve? Please give examples.
As noted, better sequencing of material. Asking lots of questions without leaving space for them to be answered could be a bit frustrating for participants. Better use of people's actual names.
