How well did the facilitator lead the group and create a safe space? Please explain and give examples.
Very well overall. Introducing all facilitators well and warmly also creates a safe space for participants. Having all co-facilitators' contributions be interspersed, rather than done in discrete sections, contributed to the feeling that participants are also free to contribute throughout.
How well did the facilitator explain this Skill using the PowerPoint presentation? Please give examples.
Great use of first, opening slide to remind participants that CIT skills/series build to enhance understanding and application. Good use of participants comments to segue into next slides.
How well did the facilitator explain and lead the activities in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.
Overall, this has been very hard for FITs to do in this setting, in which the goal is to describe and debrief activities without actually doing them. Good work using images to solicit participant input/thoughts on upcoming exercises.

What aspects of this Skill did you think the facilitator did exceptionally well? Please give examples.
Overall, excellent engagement of participants in forwarding the conversation and insight into various aspects of Skill 7, such as asking them if they agree we tend to have more empathy for individuals than for groups, and affirming insightful response regarding a participants' observation about the disconnecting effect of the internet on human relationships/empathy. Especially good insight about a lack of empathy being a form of shunning.

What aspects of this Skill could the facilitator improve? Please give examples.
Could have waited for participants to answer/provide input after asking them their thoughts on your insight that a lack of empathy being a form of shunning (because it deserved it!). Also, and again, this has been difficult for everyone in this setting, describing activities rather than providing their description as you would in a live setting then and simulating a debrief might be more helpful to developing and demonstrating facilitator skills.
