You have the ability to change the energy of the group. This can be a good thing and can also be a bad thing, be aware that your passion and intensity can bring a group up and your sensitivity can bring a room down; use them wisely (as you did in your session). Great job acknowledging that the session could be triggering for some and to use their resources as necessary. (Don't forget to link that to tracking them).

Try to avoid “totalizing language”. We have all…particularly with forgiveness folks may not have experienced it or given it. You asked a lot of questions back to back to back . Perhaps ask one or two and then give folks an opportunity to respond. At one point you asked about 4-5 questions and it was a bit overwhelming (particularly for someone like Jennifer who needs to process :-)).
