The slides were used in a very appropriate manner to help facilitate conversation and keep the session moving the way it was intended. The slides were used to enhance dialogue and conversation and help participants understand the concepts by putting words and pictures together for greater understanding.

The recognition of the participants when they provided thoughts, comments, stories, experiences, or feedback was excellent. Individual recognition is important to help all participants feel like they are contributing members of the group. Your personal examples, particularly the one regarding the bad call made by the ref and how it impacted the team, was appropriate and well stated although it could have been a bit shorter. Balancing personal examples with feedback from the group is a fine line. You did it well in this activity. Knowing your audience is also helpful when it comes to knowing how to appropriately share personal examples.

As facilitators our job is to help facilitate conversation so perhaps a little less "lecturing" and more opportunity for folks to engage with each other and the material would be helpful.
