Donna did a great job reminding the group that this topic could potentially provide triggers for some and that self care is extremely important during the activity. She has a very calm and confident presence in front of the group.

Donna did a great job presenting this information in a clear, concise format for the participants.
There was a quote she shared and I was too focused on listening to it that I didn't write it down. I just wrote down, "great quote, please share it with us!" Hoping you still have it, Donna!

Donna did a great job of connecting this information back to previous sessions, one of the quotes used was "acting under the influence of a harmful mental state". This helped folks connect the dots and see how these skills work together.

The pacing of the practice was much slower than her first time allowing for the participants to really reflect. Well done!
