You are a natural! You did a fantastic job at creating an initial safe-space by introducing Sharon and having people introduce themselves. This ensured everyone felt comfortable from the beginning. Also, you made sure the group stayed within the time-frame allotted. Good job being mindful of the time throughout the session.

You did a great job opening the session with a brief while thoughtful check-in. Additionally, you began the session perfectly by facilitating the introduction around what is empathic concern. Overall, you explained the content very well and followed the 80:20 rule of facilitation very well (80% of time allowing participants to discuss and engage with material, 20% of time having the facilitator explaining content or posing questions).
|How well did the facilitator explain and lead the activities in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.|
We really enjoyed the Lyrics Breakout Group. It got participants thinking about the skills and what they mean in everyday life or how the skills apply. One suggestion is to clearly explain and be specific when giving the group instructions for an activity. For instance, if you want people in groups or if you want it to be an individual exercise, either have them count off to form groups or instruct them to do it individually.

You did a great job at sharing personal stories and opening up to the group. This fostered trust among the group throughout the session. You have a beautiful ability to command the room, while making people feel comfortable. We cannot wait to have you as a certified facilitator!
