Her confidence in a leadership position is quite evident and her transitions between slides and activities are very smooth. With her deep understanding of the material she directs the lessons and activities well.

Her ease and comfort with the content makes for strong facilitation. It just flows naturally from her.

As Kay spends more time with the material and sees the thread that runs through each slide connecting them all, she will become more concise and to the point. She has SO much knowledge that she has to sort through it all for what is most relevant to the particular concept being explored. That being said, If time were not an issue and getting through the material not a priority, I'm sure the group would happily prefer to hear it all. It's all wonderful.
