Jonathan seemed to embrace the role of facilitator even though it was new to him. He was comfortable asking for help when he needed it and never got flustered. Jonathan has a lot of charisma so public speaking seems to come naturally to him.

How well did the facilitator explain this Skill using the PowerPoint presentation? Please give examples.

When Jonathan's schedule allows him to spend more time studying the materials, it will become easier for him to explain these concepts. This is all very new to him, but he is enthusiastic and determined and I have no doubt that he will become a very good facilitator.

How well did the facilitator explain and lead the activities in this Skill? Please explain and give specific examples.

Jonathan started out trying to direct the activity while reading his notes, but when I challenged him to go without the notes he rose to the occasion and did very well.

What aspects of this Skill did you think the facilitator did exceptionally well? Please give examples.

Jonathan expresses a lot of confidence and has a winning personality. He is sincerely kind. Everyone in the group is drawn to him. Jonathan has the kind of presence in a leadership role that can't be taught; you either have it or you don't and he has it. He has engaged well with others from the very beginning and has the potential to be an excellent facilitator.

I am eager to see how he will do when he has more time to devote to studying the materials. I sincerely hope he sticks with it. I really want him to become certified as I know he will be a great asset to our program.
