Perfectly. Very clear that she has a lot of group leadership experience. Her self-confidence helped everyone to sit back, relax and enjoy. She also had a good back & forth with her co-facilitator, someone with much less experience and that helped him significantly. She was very encouraging of him.
Valerie obviously understands this subject very will so was able to expand on the concepts to everyone's benefit. The group especially enjoyed her teaching on equanimity.
Her co-facilitator took a leadership role on this, but Valerie added good support.
Like a pro. I will use her phrase "remember - first thought, best thought" when I encourage participants not to overthink before they answer the questions in reflective writing exercise. I also liked the way she encouraged participants to listen to themselves during mindful dialogue. She's such a natural at this.
Although Valerie has a lot of knowledge around this content from past experience, she remains open-minded to looking at things in a new way. I also liked the way she invited people to engage in discussion.
Good pacing and her voice was calm and soothing. It was clear that she has had a lot of experience leading meditation.
I really can't think of anything. Valerie will be an excellent facilitator.
