Andrea was very welcoming at the beginning explaining the changes in the program with the loss of her co-facilitator and made sure everyone was at ease to start the skill for the day. Andrea is very welcoming in her demeanor which helps put folks at ease as well.

The use of the power point slides to help facilitate conversation rather than rely on the slides to tell the whole story is quite helpful. Using the slides for verbal and visual cues is most appropriate and helpful to the participants.

Great job being flexible, Andrea! Getting thrown for a loop right a the start was definitely unexpected and you did a great job just moving forward and flying solo. Flexibility is important when you are presenting to a group of people and you demonstrated the ability to roll with the punches very well.

Andrea did a great job with the practice especially considering she wasn't supposed to lead it originally. Just a reminder that the practices can be read directly from the facilitator guide. We don't expect you to memorize them and be able to rattle them off the top of your head (yet anyway. ;-))

Andrea, I know you got thrown for a loop to start with your co-facilitator not presenting with you. You did a great job of moving forward solo! Don't feel rushed, you did a great job for "part 2" when we looked at the clock and you slowed down a bit. Be aware of the time but don't let it dictate the whole session.
