Shane did a great job welcoming the group and making them feel comfortable in the "room". Shane's presence is genuinely warm and welcoming.

The use of the slides was as an accompaniment to the conversation being facilitated which is the purpose of the slides. Using the slides for visual cues and representation of the conversation is quite helpful.

Shane led the counting thoughts activity very well explaining the purpose of the activity and what the outcomes were as well.

Shane is a natural facilitator and conversation guide. Folks naturally feel welcome around you and this is a great skill to have as a facilitator. Warm and welcoming to all the participants you bring a perspective and background to this training that will serve you well.

This was an abbreviated version of the practice and Shane handled the changes very well. Shane's voice was well suited to the practice and very soothing.

Try to use more open ended questions as these will help to facilitate the conversation better than a closed question requiring only a one or two word answer.
