What aspects of this Skill could the facilitator improve? Please give examples.
At times Alexis talked a little too fast but she is aware of this and I suspect that as she becomes more comfortable in this role, she will slow down. Alexis has great potential as a facilitator. As she becomes more familiar with the concepts, she will be a tremendous asset to the program. She has great interest and enthusiasm, and I am so pleased to have her involved.
